EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) wire cutting is a highly precise manufacturing process that uses a thin wire electrode to cut through metal with a series of electric sparks.

Hand-On Industries offers Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Wire Cutting solutions to meet the mechanical component needs of our customers. Using state-of-the-art EDM Wire Cutting machines and in-house CAD/ CAM facilities, we manufacture complex components made from conductive materials with high precision and consistency whilst achieving geometries not possible when utilising CNC Milling or CNC Turning.

Any form of design data (from hand sketches to full CAD models) can be used to produce parts. Whether a prototype or full production run is required, we will deliver quality results on time.
