Using a state-of-the-art robotic arm and in-house fixture manufacturing, we manufacture complex components/ assemblies made from steel with high precision and consistency whilst achieving production rates not possible when utilising manual welding processes.
Expertise in Robotic MIG Welding allows us to produce components that meet the exacting standards expected by our customers. Any form of design data (from hand sketches to full CAD models) can be used to produce parts. We are specialists at integrating our other manufacturing processes (such as forming, milling and turning) to produce complete welded components/ assemblies. Whether a prototype or full production run is required, we will deliver quality results on time.
